Jenny & Sonal’s 20 Minute (!) VEGAN Chickpea Curry…

0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds
0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 cloves
0.5 cinnamon quill
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon crushed chillies, 0.25 teaspoon powdered chillie, 1 teaspoon tumeric, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, 1.5 teaspoon salt.
1.5 onion
1 can of chopped tomatoes, 1 can of boiling water, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
2 cans of chickpeas

Total Cost of Ingredients (enough to make endless curries): £8.85 Cheaper than any curry paste.
