September: ‘Sacred Simplicity’

❤ Jenny’s MAGIC Yorkshire Puddings ❤

Ready in 20 – 25 minutes, these are too simple, yet rewarding to make, they can even be done whilst you make the gravy (!)


140g Plain Flour,

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder,

4 Eggs,

200 ml Milk,

Black Pepper,



Drizzle a little oil into 2 4-hole Yorkshire Pudding tins and heat in the oven.

RULE NUMBER 1: Make sure the oil is hot before you add your Yorkshire Pudding mixture.

Meanwhile, mix the plain flour, baking powder and eggs together.

Make sure there are no lumps in your mixture.

Gradually add the milk.

Season to taste.

Pour your Yorkshire Pudding mixture into your pre heated greased 2 4-hole Yorkshire Pudding tins.

Bake in the oven on 200 Degrees for 20 -25 minutes.
