Delicious, creamy, yet 100% healthy, 100% Vegan and only uses 2 main ingredients (!)

1/4 Spanish Onion

500g Carrots

To Taste:

Olive Oil

5 Cloves Crushed Garlic

1/2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger

1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Vegetable Stock Cube

Himalayan Rock Salt

1 Bay Leaf.
